Hybrid PACS
The Stradus PACS is a Hybrid PACS. It is a local pacs and a webpacs both at the same time. The Stradus Hybrid PACS therefore combines all the advantages of a local pacs and all advantages of a webpacs.
Images are stored locally and at the same time multiple copies are safely stored off-site at reliable datacenters, so you will never lose your data. The system will automatically detect if you are accessing the Stradus Hybrid PACS from within the facility or from a remote location.
From inside your facility you will experience blazingly fast access to the images via the local network and from outside your facility you will experience superfast access to your images in full diagnostic quality via the cloud servers. The Stradus Hybrid PACS offers the same functionality as from inside the facility.
Stradus Hybrid PACS is a LOCAL PACS. All images are stored locally. You will experience blazingly fast access to your images when accessed from any computer inside your facility. Also when there is (temporarily) no internet connection you can continue working with the Stradus PACS.

Stradus Hybrid PACS is a WEB PACS. Multiple copies of the data is stored safely off-site at reliable datacenters. You will experience super-fast access to your images in full diagnostic quality when accessed from outside your hospital or facility. You can access the Stradus Hybrid PACS on any device (PC, Mac, Laptop, iPad, iPhone, Android) connected to the internet.
Inside your hospital/center
(Local)
From inside your hospital or center the system will behave as a local PACS. All images come blazingly fast via the local network. Superfast image distribution to all hospital departments is directly available because with Stradus you can create unlimited concurrent users for free.
Using the system from inside or outside the hospital/center is exactly the same. As long as the Stradus Hybrid PACS is used from inside the hospital or center the images will come from the local server. The Stradus PACS will then fully behave like a LOCAL PACS.
Also when there is (temporarily) no internet connection you can continue using the Stradus PACS without any interruption!
Outside your hospital/center
(Remote)
Remote access to the Stradus PACS when you are not inside your hospital or center via the Stradus cloud servers. When accessing the Stradus PACS remotely you have the same functinality as from inside your hospital or center.
When using the Stradus PACS from outside your hospital or center the images come directly from the Stradus cloud servers to enable fast access. All images are availabe in full diagnostic quality. The Stradus PACS is 100% zero footprint, you do not need to install any software to access the images. The system is optimized to work fast on any consumer (like 3G) internet connection.
Outside hospital/center and without internet connection
Stradus Hybrid PACS now also offers you to access the images even when you are not in your local hospital or center and you do not have access to internet. This unique feature enables you to continue viewing your images remotely without the need for internet.
How it works: When you are still in your hospital or radiology center or at a location where you do have internet access, simply download the images easily via the patient browser on your own laptop. The images are cached safely in your browser. Once you are outside your hospital or center and you do not have access to internet anymore, simply open the Stradus Hybrid PACS and all images you have previously downloaded are available in the Stradus Hybrid PACS.
